Stuffed Cinnamon Puffs Wal-Lah

If you ever wondered what else you could do with your zucchini, here's an idea of what NOT to do.....
I tried to make some zucchini chips I saw on pinterest, but they didn't quite come out like expected. We still ate them anyway, not to say that we didn't have fun with them first! But the fun lead to getting a bit of seasoning in Patrick's eye.
Note to self: Lemon Pepper, in the eye, burns!.....so I hear
Maybe the zucchini didn't turn out as planned, but this did!
Double meat with Velveeta and American cheese, spinach, fried egg over easy, turkey bacon, caramelized onions, special sauce (1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo), and a thin toasted bun, because who needs to waste belly room on bread when they have all that other yummy goodness to devour?
The corn and black beans were lightly sauteed in my cast iron skillet with Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. Amazing.
Maybe not every recipe on Pinterest is perfect, but these bad boys are!
Ingredients:
Pillsbury Croissant rolls
Truvia
Cinnamon
Nutella

Make it:
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate pre-cut pastry triangles.
Place spool full of Nutella in large end of pastry.
Wrap up pastry in a ball, tucking ends to prevent Nutella from leaking out.
Mix desired amount of Cinnamon and Truvia (or sugar, if preferred) in bowl.
One at a time, roll pastry balls in bowl of cinnamon/truvia mix.
Place back on cookie sheet and bake according to pastry can instructions, until puffy and golden brown!
I'd compare their flavor to a fresh baked cinnamon roll stuffed with chocolaty goodness. It took an extreme amount of self control to not eat the entire pan full.

Wal-Lah!

Have you tried any new recipes lately?
